Orange County Great Park News - 25-Apr-2006
The Ken Smith Landscape Architect Team has been selected as the Master
Designer for the Orange County Great Park. ArtifexED is a technical
team member on the proposal, delivering knowledge of the hydrologic
framework for the proposal, and working with the multidisciplinary team
to develop a sustainable and implementable design. Stay tuned for more

Mountain Waters of Bohemia - 21-Mar-2006
ArtifexED will participate in the Earthwatch Institute field research
on the rehabilitation of acid rain and commercial forestry damaged
watersheds in the Czech Republic this summer. The study region of the
Jizera Mountains in Northern Bohemia was one of the most damaged
ecosystems in Europe due to years of acid rain from coal-fired power
plants. We’ll be helping to assess the effectiveness of different
restoration strategies on the lakes and streams of the area.

Eldorado Springs - Thursday, August 02, 2007
ArtifexED has teamed with Frachetti Engineering, of Denver, and Anderson Environmental, of Boulder, to deliver site development and riparian enhancement plans for the proposed Treatment Facility in Eldorado canyon, to protect South Boulder Creek and the adjacent endangered species habitat.

NCMA Awarded CWMTF Grant - 02-Sep-2006
ArtifexED's work on the Stormwater Improvement Project for the North Carolina Museum of Art, in Raleigh, NC was awarded $1.572M by the Clean Water Management Trust Fund. This project will be a groundbreaking stormwater management project, that serves to protect water quality and further the Museum's resource stewardship.
