| Full Description | This project consists of a two story residential infill structure,
designed for a modern lifestyle by the owner/builder. Engineered wood
products are used to create long, free spans and rigid tall walls with
significant open areas, maximizing the utility of the narrow site. Custom framing and shear wall assemblies were used to meet loading requirements. The design results in an efficient use of material and space, and provides a remarkly open daylit structure that will serve the home owner reliablity for years to come.
