Site Landscape and Drainage Review
A residential estate in Denver was experiencing significant drainage related moisture problems that rendered the house uninhabitable. As a structure with some architectural value, rehabilitation was seen as the preferred approach. Artifex provided consulting and review of the landscape drainage plan to identify possible sources and pathways of moisture, and a recommended plan to alleviate the moisture condition.
