Corporate Park Site Concept Development

The proposed site is a unique headwater region with numerous small streams, waterfalls, and forested upland and riparian reaches. The proposed development required hypertensive detention and water quality management onsite, with little down gradient land available for conventional treatment.

Artifex developed an innovative approach using underground detention and forested ravine terraces for bioretention. Integration within a comprehensive landscape plan allowed the use of techniques for low impact development, reuse of water for irrigation, and open meadows, terraced glades and wet ponds for use in stormwater treatment and a experiential landscape design.
